Artist booking
We take the artist from your first request to the moment they walk on stage: matching them to your format, negotiating with their representatives, covering the rider, logistics and on-site coordination.
Booking is negotiation and organisation, not just an artist's contact
The work starts with the event, not with a name. We look at the format, the venue, the date and the audience — and only then suggest artists who will actually work that night.
After that comes the part clients rarely see: checking dates, corresponding with management, agreeing the fee and terms, going through the rider, flights, hotel, transfers and coordination at the venue on show day.
The fee, available dates and rider requirements are set by the artist's side — terms are agreed separately for each name.
How booking works
Eight steps from the first message to the performance. We stay in touch at every one of them: decisions are agreed with you, not announced to you.
-
Request
You describe the event: date, city, venue, format and audience. If you haven't picked a name yet, that's fine — we start from the brief.
-
Artist selection
We suggest options that suit the format and the venue, and explain how they differ in style, set length and requirements.
-
Contacting representatives
We reach the artist's management or director and put your request straight to the people who decide.
-
Agreeing terms
We discuss the fee, the length of the performance, the size of the artist's team and what the host side takes on.
-
Agreements
Everything agreed is put in writing: terms, deadlines, payment schedule and who is responsible for what.
-
Rider
We go through the technical and hospitality rider and check it against what the venue can do. Anything missing is arranged in advance.
-
Logistics
Flights, transfers, accommodation and the movement schedule for every day: arrival, soundcheck, show, departure.
-
Performance
On show day we accompany the artist and stay in contact with the venue and the technical crew — from soundcheck to the walk on stage.
What we cover
The full scope of booking work, split into three blocks so you can see where negotiation ends and organisation begins.
Selection and negotiation
- Matching the formatWe start from the venue, the occasion and the audience, not from a list of popular names.
- Availability checkWe ask the representatives whether the date is free and whether it clashes with the touring schedule.
- Talks with managementWe handle the correspondence and calls with the artist's side and pass their answers on to you unchanged.
- Fee and termsThe amount and payment schedule, set length, team size, exclusivity for the city and the date.
Rider and venue
- Technical riderSound, light, stage, monitoring, backline and screens — we check the requirements against the venue.
- Hospitality riderDressing rooms, catering and water, security, support staff — everything the artist needs backstage.
- Working with the venueWe agree the get-in, access, soundcheck timing and how the day runs on site.
- Technical crewWe pass the rider to the sound and light contractors and make sure it's ready before the artist arrives.
Logistics and support
- Flights and transfersTickets, airport pick-up and cars for every movement around the city.
- AccommodationA hotel that meets the rider and fits the schedule: arrival, rest, soundcheck, departure.
- Artist supportWe stay with the artist and their team at every point — from landing to departure.
- Show-day coordinationWe keep the timing and the line of contact between the artist, the venue and the technical crew.
